It doesn’t even matter if there’s television to watch at the bar. Conversation takes a higher priority. And beer.

It’s a COMCASTIC day in northern New Mexico

with 2 comments

Haven’t had more than a few minutes of Internet access since mid-day. What there has been – was at dial-up speeds.

So, my diary of news postings will be sketchy at best until Comcast gets it in gear.

Funny thing is – Qwest internet access also is out some locations around the region. So, it may be a big pipe problem.

apricot-blossoms

It’s cold and windy, this morning; but, I guess we didn’t get down to a hard freeze, last night.

3rd walk of the day with the dogs – I cut back through our wee orchard to check on the apricot blossoms. So far, so good.

on-the-way-in-to-helen-surgeryfrom-the-waiting-room

Walking from our pickup truck in to the Eye Hospital for my wife’s surgery, this morning. We stopped just for a minute to enjoy the moon setting behind the Jemez Mountains.

And a quick snap a moment later – from inside the waiting room.

And, yes – the surgery went just fine. Phew.
