She’s not around anymore to read this – so, I guess I can say the manatee reminds me of my 2nd grade teacher in elementary school. 🙂

Harassment of a manatee, which are protected by the Endangered Species Act, is a Class A, federal criminal offense punishable by a $50,000 fine and/or up to one-year in federal prison.

“Guardians of the Galaxy” star Dave Bautista is offering up a $20,000 reward for information leading to the person who wrote TRUMP on the back of a manatee that was found in Florida on Sunday, multiple outlets report.
