Grillin’ and chillin’ over the weekend we had a visit from the biggest Sphinx Moth I’ve seen in this neck of the prairie. Yes, we called it Mothra.
About 4 inches nose to tail.

Eideard 
We have these enormous hissing cockroach thingys. They kind of look like beetle, but Lyn says they’re cockroaches. They stay outside, but are big enough to saddle them and ride off into the sunset. And if you capture one, then they start hissing at you. I don’t recall every seeing these creepy things before.
Sounds like what we used to call light bugs in Louisiana. Wouldn’t be a bother unless they flew into the house and would light on you. 🙂
