The March For Our Lives demonstrations happen Saturday in Washington, D.C., and country-wide. Ad Age asked agency creatives to design posters that marchers can print for the event; people can download high-res versions @ http://adage.com/article/news/march-life-posters/312747/ (It’s not too late to submit designs to Creativity Editor Ann-Christine Diaz, adiaz@adage.com.) The brief: Ad Age partnered with the Gun Safety Alliance to call for creative work that would help students get out their message against gun violence; artist Edel Rodriguez, known for his iconic Donald Trump covers for Time magazine, helped spread the word and picked his favorite. Read more by Diaz here, and see what’s been submitted so far, including from creatives at TBWA/Chiat/Day NY, BBH La, Doner and more.

Laura Ingraham’s taunt of David Hogg just the latest attack on Parkland survivors https://www.azcentral.com/story/opinion/op-ed/laurieroberts/2018/03/29/laura-ingraham-taunt-parkland-school-survivor-just-latest-attack/470121002/
In a tweet sent on Wednesday, Ingraham said Hogg had been rejected from four colleges and that he then “whines about it.” In response, Hogg mounted a social media campaign to get advertisers to pull their ads from Ingraham’s show. On Thursday, after Hogg’s online campaign was a success, Ingraham apologized, via Twitter, “for any upset or hurt my tweet caused him or any of the brave victims of Parkland.” In his Thursday night interview with NBC News correspondent Kerry Sanders, Hogg said he did not accept the apology. “No,” he said. “She only cares about her pocketbook, and that’s just sad.” https://www.nbcnews.com/business/consumer/laura-ingraham-loses-advertisers-after-criticizing-parkland-student-david-hogg-n861371
