Cry Baby

The Fake President’s temper tantrums are not new to the leadership style of the Republican Party. Simple-minded Trump has more power than this precursor corporate pimp. His tears and jeers have more weight, greater frequency.

He poses a greater danger to American standards.

  1. Sad says:

“…The government is shuttered, and the president has nothing to do. “I am in the White House waiting for you!” he tweeted plaintively to Democrats on Saturday.
“I’m in the White House, waiting,” the underemployed executive tweeted again on Sunday.
“I’ve been waiting all weekend,” he tweeted on Monday.
“I am all alone (poor me) in the White House waiting for the Democrats,” he tweeted during the holidays.
Yes, poor him. He shut down the government, taking hostage 800,000 furloughed federal workers, but nobody is willing to pay him ransom. Now, the economy is hurting (S&P Global Ratings put the damage at $3.6 billion so far, nearly the amount Trump sought for his border wall), and most Americans correctly blame him (he is, after all, the one who boasted: “I’ll be the one to shut it down”).”

  2. Left-wing loudmouth says:

“Jennifer Rubin says House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has already figured out how to handle President Donald Trump.
“To say [Pelosi] has mastered the art of dealing with President Trump would be a gross understatement,” the conservative Washington Post columnist wrote on Wednesday.
The trick, Rubin said, is to treat Trump like a toddler in the middle of a meltdown.”
“Facing Trump’s tantrum, Pelosi takes away the TV”

  3. Deal or no deal says:

US shutdown: Trump angered by Democrat rejection of ‘compromise’ (BBC News 1/20/19) “Senator Chuck Schumer said Mr Trump had previously “single-handedly” taken away Dreamer and TPS protections and that offering some protections back was “not a compromise but more hostage taking”.
The Democrats insist they will not negotiate until government is reopened.
The party took over control of the House this year, while Mr Trump’s Republicans still have a majority in the Senate. The federal budget funding would have to be agreed by both.”
Also: ‘Not a 2,000-mile concrete structure from sea to sea’: Is Trump scaling back border wall plan?” and “Conservative firebrand Ann Coulter blasted President Trump’s immigration proposal to end a partial government shutdown, suggesting the plan amounted to granting amnesty to undocumented immigrants.”
