Fascist leader banned from DC. His followers vow to burn the city.

Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, the Miami-based leader of the Proud Boys who was arrested for burning a Black Lives Matter banner at a historic church, is banned from the nation’s capital until June, a judge ruled Tuesday in Washington, D.C.

On Dec. 12, a chaotic night in Washington, D.C. that included fistfights with protesters and property destruction, Tarrio lit a historic Black church’s Black Lives Matter banner on fire in the streets, police say. He later issued a challenge to authorities online.

“I did it. Come get me if you feel like what I did was wrong. We’ll let the public decide.”

Paul Courtney, a district attorney, requested that he be banned from the nation’s capital. Judge Renee Raymond agreed because Tarrio admitted to burning the Black Lives Matter banner at the church and used his Parler account to make it clear that he had no remorse and would do it again.

Not that this thug cares much for the rule of law. His pseudo-military fascist klan is marching, today, the 6th in DC. Will he be there to challenge the court? Though, face it. Even a corrupt thug like this may have several chances to appeal before the judge’s ruling is sustained.

  1. FYI says:

“Why Is a ‘Christian Crowdfunding Site’ Letting Proud Boys Leader Enrique Tarrio Raise Money? So far more than $90,000 has been raised for the head of the far-right extremist organization, even though it seems to violate the platform’s terms of service https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-news/proud-boys-enrique-tarrio-crowdfunding-1109827/

GiveSendGo is branded as a “Christian Crowdfunding Site” that prohibits “the promotion of hate, violence, or other forms of intolerance” – however it’s actively using JP Morgan Chase (through WePay) and Stripe to process donations for Enrique Tarrio’s legal defense and related white nationalist causes.
In the past 48 hours alone, GiveSendGo has raised nearly $300,000 for the Proud Boys. https://act.colorofchange.org/sign/Stop-Blood-Money-Cash-Flow?sp_ref=691410527.176.213600.t.0.2&source=tw_sp

  2. UPDATE says:

Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was an FBI informant : Extremist leader repeatedly worked undercover for investigators after his arrest in 2012, former prosecutor and court files reveal
“Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys extremist group, has a past as an informer for federal and local law enforcement, repeatedly working undercover for investigators after he was arrested in 2012, according to a former prosecutor and a transcript of a 2014 federal court proceeding obtained by Reuters.
In the Miami hearing, a federal prosecutor, a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent and Tarrio’s own lawyer described his undercover work and said he had helped authorities prosecute more than a dozen people in various cases involving drugs, gambling and human smuggling.
Tarrio, in an interview with Reuters Tuesday, denied working undercover or cooperating in cases against others. “I don’t know any of this,” he said, when asked about the transcript. “I don’t recall any of this.”
Law-enforcement officials and the court transcript contradict Tarrio’s denial. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-proudboys-leader/exclusive-proud-boys-leader-was-prolific-informer-for-law-enforcement-idUSKBN29W1PE
