Over the past few months, the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis has been investigating the previous administration’s haphazard and sometimes counterproductive response to the pandemic. As testimony was taken and documents were examined, some of the details of the conflicts between politicians and public health would sporadically come out via press releases from subcommittee members. But on Friday the group issued a major report that puts these details all in one place.

The House Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot has “firsthand testimony” that former President Donald Trump watched the violence unfold on television instead of taking immediate action to stop the attack, Rep. Liz Cheney said on Sunday.
“We are learning much more about what former President Trump was doing while the violent assault was underway. The committee has firsthand testimony now that he was sitting in the dining room next to the Oval Office watching the attack on television as the assault on the Capitol occurred,” Cheney, vice chair of the panel, told ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos.
The Wyoming Republican called Trump’s conduct that day “a dereliction of duty.” https://www.businessinsider.com/liz-cheney-trump-watched-capitol-riot-on-tv-failed-to-intervene-2022-1

Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham met Wednesday on Capitol Hill with the House select committee investigating the January 6 insurrection.
On January 6, she was Melania Trump’s chief of staff but resigned from her role that day.
Asked if she shared new information that the committee did not know, Grisham replied, “There were a couple of things that they didn’t know. There were things that I was able to confirm. And I think there were things that I was able to kind of help put together like a puzzle.” She declined to go into further detail.
She said that she did not know who specifically spoke with Trump on January 6 to try to get him to stop the violence, except that Melania Trump did not try and plead with her husband.
“All I know about that day is he was in the dining room, gleefully watching on his TV, as he often did. ‘Look at all of the people fighting for me,’ hitting rewind, watching it again. That’s what I know,” Grisham said. https://www.cnn.com/2022/01/06/politics/stephanie-grisham-trump-officials-meeting-cnntv/index.html
