Slob-in-chief
Aides who had worked in Donald Trump’s White House were not surprised this summer when the FBI found highly classified material in boxes at Mar-a-Lago, mixed with news clippings and other items.
They’d seen such haphazard collections before.
During his four years in office, Trump never strictly followed the rules and customs for handling sensitive government documents, according to 14 officials from his administration, most of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss what they called Trump’s mishandling of classified information.
Trump’s inability to rise to even minimal standards of disciplined organization matched the crap style of his intellectual efforts as president. Only surpassed by the fools who voted him into office.
American pop stars need little more to succeed.
“Remember when the 1/6 committee told us that some of trumps call logs from the day of the insurrection were missing? And remember when trump said he didn’t want to return documents to NARA because they’d end up with the committee? Meanwhile: US. Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas is facing calls to recuse himself from a case brought by former President Donald Trump amid an investigation of his handling of White House documents.
Trump is appealing a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit that allowed the Department of Justice (DOJ) to continue using classified documents seized from the former president’s Mar-a-Lago residence as part of its investigation.
Thomas will hear a case that potentially implicates the January 6 insurrection plot that his wife may have participated in. https://www.newsweek.com/clarence-thomas-faces-calls-recuse-himself-trump-mar-lago-case-1748978
